The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Steve Richards of EO Development, LLC, for a variance from Section 157.179 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which requires the area for standing and maneuvering of vehicles to be a hard surface. The applicant requests approval to allow RV storage on a gravel surface.
