NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2025, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Steve Richards of EO Development, LLC, for a variance from Section 157.179 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which requires the area for standing and maneuvering of vehicles to be a hard surface. The applicant requests approval to allow RV storage on a gravel surface.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on the 25^th Day of August, 2025 in the council chambers of the Hermiston City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon at 7:00 pm.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending the City of Hermiston comprehensive plan to add approximately 810 acres of land to the Hermiston Urban Growth Boundary (UGB).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2025, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 3.5 acre tract addressed as 2455 NE 7^th St.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending 3.71 acres of land on the city’s zoning map by adding the Neighborhood Commercial Overlay (NCO) to a portion of the property described as 4N2811AD tax lot 100. The applicant is Jeff Bolton, on behalf of Multi Tech Engineering.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of June 2025, at or after 7:00 pm in the council chambers of City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon.
