NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of December, 2022 at or after 7:00 pm at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Leif Van Acker for a variance from §157.175 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which establishes off-street parking requirements. The applicant requests a reduction in off-street parking requirements to allow 213 spaces instead of the required 861 spaces.
