NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2024, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 1.5-acre tract addressed as 309 E Theater Lane.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 11, 2024, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 1.5-acre tract addressed as 309 E Theater Lane.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on the 22nd day of July, 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 180 N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon on the proposed conversion to amend the City’s comprehensive plan map from Future Residential to Medium Density Residential (M) for 2.01 acres with a corresponding change in the County zoning designation from FU-10 to the city zoning designation of Medium-High Density Residential (R-3).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of July, 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 180 N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon on the proposed conversion to amend the City’s comprehensive plan map from Future Residential to Medium Density Residential (M) for 2.01 acres with a corresponding change in the County zoning designation from FU-10 to the city zoning designation of Medium-High Density Residential (R-3).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of June, 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 180 N.E. 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon on the proposed conversion to amend the City’s comprehensive plan map from Future Residential to Low Density Residential for 25.85 acres with a corresponding change in the County zoning designation from FU-10 to the city zoning designation of Low Density Residential (R-1).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 13, 2023, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Jarred Corbell of MonteVista Homes for a variance from Sections 154.18  and 154.19 (C) of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which establishes the maximum block lengths and lot widths in residential zones.
