Appeal of a City of Hermiston Planning Department Decision Pertaining to a Site Plan Review approval for the change of occupancy of property located at 945 S Hwy 395 under Chapter 157 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2023, at or after 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to review operations of the Hermiston School District’s athletic fields operating under a conditional use permit approved in June of 2022.  The athletic fields are located at 425 & 435 W Orchard Ave.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2023, at or after 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Gavin Gervais for an in-fill designation for property located at 945 E Newport Ave.
