NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of January, 2023 at or after 7:00 pm at City Hall, 180 NE 2^nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Beau Bankston for the expansion of a non-conforming use. The applicant seeks to build a larger garage on the lot.
