NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2022, at or after 7:00 PM at the Community Center, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 0.45 acre tract addressed as 120 E Oregon Ave and 1650 NE North St.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2022, at or after 7:00 PM at the Community Center, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 0.3 acre tract addressed  as 120 E Oregon Ave and 1650 NE North St.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 13^th day of July, 2022 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application of a conditional use permit from Dr. Tricia Mooney on behalf of the Hermiston School District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on February 28, 2022, at or after 7:00 PM at the Community Center, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 1.02 acre tract located at 80 NE Tracey Lane. The property, owned by Southgate Casper LLC, is described as 4N2802BC Tax Lot 1400 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Commercial (C).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of January, 2022 at or after 7:00 pm at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S HWY 395, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to review if Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center (EOTEC) was compliant with all conditions of approval and findings of fact. The original request for a variance from the city’s parking lot design standards in §157.179 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances requires an annual review for the first five years of operation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2022 at or after 7:00 PM at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon. The applicant is the City of Hermiston.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of September, 2021 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 415 S Hwy 395, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from Tricia Mooney, Superintendent of Hermiston School District #8R.

The Planning Commission meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm at the Hermiston Community Center located at 415 S Hwy 395.
