The property, owned by Southgate Casper LLC, is described as 4N2802BC Tax Lot 1400 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Commercial (C).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of January, 2022 at or after 7:00 pm at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S HWY 395, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to review if Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center (EOTEC) was compliant with all conditions of approval and findings of fact. The original request for a variance from the city’s parking lot design standards in §157.179 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances requires an annual review for the first five years of operation.

Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm at the Hermiston Community Center located at 415 S Hwy 395.
