Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission December 11, 2024 Umatilla Basin Properties LLC 4N2811DB Tax Lot 2700 - 150 NE 8th Pl

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of December 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a conditional use permit from Umatilla Basin Properties, LLC.

The applicant seeks approval for a change in occupancy to allow a Day Care Home in a residential zone.  The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the planning commission subject to the provisions of a conditional use permit. The property is located at 150 NE 8th Place and is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2). The property is also described as 4N2811DB Tax Lot 2700.
