NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2025, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Steve Richards of EO Development, LLC, for a variance from Section 157.179 of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which requires the area for standing and maneuvering of vehicles to be a hard surface. The applicant requests approval to allow RV storage on a gravel surface. The property is described as 4N2802CD Tax Lot 500 and is located at 579 E Elm Ave. The property is owned by Hermiston Mini Storage LLC and is zoned Neighborhood Commercial Overlay (NCO).
