Park Pavilion Rentals

Park pavilion rentals are available at McKenzie Park, Butte Park, Victory Square Park and Hodge Park from April 1st through September 30th. Rentals can be reserved online or by calling the Parks & Recreation office. All rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Weekdays per 4 hour session: $65 resident/$90 non-resident
Weekends per 3 hour session: $65 resident/$90 non-resident
Park Pavilion Reservations
Park pavilion rentals are available for small private gatherings and celebrations. Pavilions may be reserved for personal use such as birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, graduation celebrations, and similar get-togethers.
Reservations are intended for private use only unless otherwise approved by Hermiston Parks & Recreation.
Private Pavilion Rentals
A private pavilion rental is for casual personal gatherings with invited guests. These reservations are not intended for business activity, organized public events, sales, fundraising, paid instruction, or promotional use.
Business, Company, and Organized Use
If your reservation is connected to a business, company, nonprofit, organized group, paid activity, or promotional event, additional approval may be required before the reservation can be approved.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Company picnics or staff events
- Business receptions or meetings
- Fitness classes, coaching, or instruction
- Vendor or promotional activity
- Fundraising events
- Events charging fees or accepting registrations
- Commercial filming or photography
These types of uses may require additional review, a permit, insurance, or other approval from Hermiston Parks & Recreation. If you are unsure whether your event qualifies as private use, please contact our office before making a reservation.
Bounce Houses and Inflatables
Bounce houses must go through an approved vendor or they may be subject to removal from the park.
Water amenities are not allowed in City parks. This includes bounce house water slides, inflatable water features, slip-and-slides, and similar items, as they can damage turf and park grounds.
