Join the Hermiston Food Pod and share your culinary creations with our community! With only 8 exclusive spaces, we’re dedicated to offering a diverse selection of delicious options. To ensure variety, no more than 3 vendors of the same primary cuisine type (tacos, BBQ, etc.) will be permitted at one time.

Vendor Guidelines:

• Assigned Spaces: Permanent spaces will be assigned by management. Temporary spaces may be available if a permanent vendor vacates for an extended period.
• Documentation: All vendors must provide required licenses, permits, and insurance.
• Menu Approval: Menus must be submitted and approved to maintain a high-quality and diverse experience for visitors.
• Rules & Regulations: Vendors are expected to adhere to the Food Pod rules and regulations, which outline operating standards and responsibilities.
