NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2025, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 3.5 acre tract addressed as 2455 NE 7th St. The property, owned by Jaber Investment LLC, is described as 4N2802BA Tax Lot 100 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Medium Density Residential (M).
