Notice of public hearing Planning Commission September 11, 2024 7:00PM Major Variance Lines 4N2811CD Tax Lot 4502 - 620 & 640 SE 5th St

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 11, 2024, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Jason Lines for a variance from Section 157.027(C)(3) of the Hermiston Code of Ordinances which establishes the minimum lot width for lots in the Medium-High Density Residential (R-3) zone.  The applicant requests approval to allow two lots with each lot having a width of 47 feet. The property is described as 4N2811CD Tax Lot 4502 and is located at 620 & 640 SE 5th St. The property is owned by Jason Lines and is zoned Medium-High Density Residential (R-3).
