Notice of Public Hearing Hermiston Planning Commission September 30, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 30th day of September 2026, at or after 7:00 pm in the council chambers of City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow multi-family dwellings and mini storage units in a Neighborhood Commercial Overlay (NCO) zone from the property owner, Olin Homes Hermiston, LLC. This request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The applicable criteria from the Hermiston Code of Ordinances that apply to conditional uses are contained in Section §157.205 to §157.210. The property is described as 4N2812BB Tax Lots 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 422, and 423. The property is zoned NCO and addressed as 1021/1017/1013/1009/1005/1001 NE Emerald Drive and 1195 NE 11th St.
