My Hermiston App Now Available to Help Residents Stay Connected

My Hermiston App

My Hermiston is a mobile app that helps residents connect with city services, report issues, and stay informed about what’s happening in the community.

The app is a one-stop tool for reporting non-emergency issues like potholes, broken streetlights, and utility concerns. Residents can submit requests directly through the app 24/7, including photos and location, and receive real-time updates as city crews respond.

But the app isn’t just about fixing problems — it’s also a great way to stay in the know. Residents can sign up for alerts about road closures, community events, emergency notifications, and other important updates.

“My Hermiston will play a major role in how we connect with our residents,” said Hermiston City Manager Byron Smith. “The app strengthens two-way communication between residents and the City, giving people real-time visibility into how their requests are handled. It also allows the city to share important local happenings, from public works updates to community events.”

Residents can download the My Hermiston app today from the App Store or Google Play. After creating a free account, users can start submitting requests and customizing their notification preferences right away.
