Hermiston Police Department provides public fingerprinting services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, no appointment is necessary. 

• Cost = $20
  • Payable by check, debit, or credit card.  
  • Includes up to 4 printed cards.
    • The blue applicant fingerprint card (FD258).  See an example of this card at FBI.gov.
    • Cards are not electronically submitted.
       
• Valid identification is required.  (see examples below)
  • State driver's license (including state-issued temporary or provisional licenses with photos)
  • State-issued identification card.
  • Military-issued identification card.
  • Valid U.S. or foreign-issued passport (showing country of origin).
  • Permanent Resident Alien Card
