Notice of Public Hearing City Council May 12, 2025 Intent to form Local Improvement District #323
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of May 2025, at or after 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the City of Hermiston’s intent to form Local Improvement District #323.
The project will include construction of roadway paving, and curb, gutter, and sidewalk on both sides of NW 2nd Street between W Cherry Ave and W Elm Ave. The improvements would consist of approximately 480 linear feet of street improvement, including 5 foot sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, driveways, curb and gutter, two 14 foot travel lanes, and stormwater facilities. A full description of the improvements to be constructed as part of LID #323 is included in the N.W. 2nd Street Local Improvement District Engineering Report which is available for review at City Hall.
All interested persons may testify or submit written comments on the proposed improvement district.
