Notice is hereby given that at the Primary Election on May 17, 2022, qualified voteers fo the City fo Hermiston, by majority vote, elected the following individuals to office effective January 1, 2023:

• Ward Specific Councilors- Four year terms beginning 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2026
  • Ward I- Jackie M. Linton
  • Ward II- Roy N. Barron
  • Ward III- Jackie C. Myers
  • Ward IV- David Patrick McCarthy
• Municipal Judge- Two year term beginning 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2024
  • Cameron R. Bendixsen

The Hermiston City Council meets on Monday, May 23, 2022, with a special joint meeting of the Hermiston City Council, Umatilla City Council, and Umatilla County Commissioners at 6 p.m. The agenda can be found at https://www.hermiston.or.us/meetings.

The City Council meets every second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00pm for their regular meeting at the Hermiston Community Center located at 415 S. Hwy 395.  However, this is a special combined meeting with the City of Hermiston, City of Umatilla, and Umatilla County. This meeting will begin at 6:00pm.
