Business Licenses

As of January 1, 2025, businesses operating within the City of Hermiston are required to obtain a business license. This license is required for any person or entity conducting business within the City of Hermiston and must be renewed annually. This includes businesses based in a home or located elsewhere and temporarily doing business in Hermiston.
