Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission October 9, 2024 Conditional Use Permit 4N2811CD Tax Lot 1001 - 611 E Highland Ave

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of October 2024, at or after 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a conditional use permit from Ciara Neasham.

The applicant proposes to operate a full-service salon on property located at 611 E Highland Ave.  The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the planning commission subject to the provisions of a conditional use permit.  The property lies in a Medium-High Density Residential (R-3) zone and is described as 4N2811CD Tax Lot 1001.
