Notice of Public Hearing August 14, 2024 Amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan and policies implementing Statewide Planning Goal 9 through the adoption of an updated Economic Opportunities Analysis
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of August 2024, at or after 7:00 pm at the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending the City of Hermiston Comprehensive Plan and policies implementing Statewide Planning Goal 9 through the adoption of an updated Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA). The updated EOA is proposed to reflect large scale industrial lot opportunities. The proposed amendment is available at City Hall and can be found in the Supporting Documents below.
