Effective August 12, 2024 The Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission has Updated their Alcohol Licensing Application Process & Forms. Make sure to visit their website at: www.oregon.gov/olcc for more information.

Special Events and Temporary Sales Liquor License Applications:
These licenses require specific OLCC Applications that must be paid for ($35.00 fee) and submitted to the Police Department. The Special Event Form and more information can be found at the Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission.

These licenses require specific OLCC Application Forms through the Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission (OLCC). All applications must now be submitted through their online platform called CAMP (Cannabis & Alcohol Management Program).
Application Process for:

New Licenses ($100.00 fee) or

Change in: Ownership, Location or Privilege ($75.00 fee):
- The Local Government Recommendation Form, Individual History Form, and appropriate fee (listed above) must be submitted and paid for to the City Recorder.
- Once these forms and payment is received, the City Recorder completes Section 2 of the Local Government Form and returns it to the applicant.
- The applicant may then upload the form to the OLCC through their CAMP Portal.
- For questions or help with the CAMP Portal, please contact the OLCC as this is a State ran program/requirement.
- The City's application process can take up to 30-days to complete, which includes review and approval by the City Council.
- Please Note: We are unable to complete Section 3 of the form until steps 1-3 above have been finalized.
- Once the applicant has received the completed Section 3 of the Local Government Recommendation Form they may submit this to the OLCC through the CAMP Portal for final completion.

Application Process for:

Annual Renewals ($35.00 fee):
The Local Government Recommendation Form and annual renewal fee must be submitted and paid for to the City Recorder or Finance Department. Please write "Annual Renewal" as well as the License Type in the "License Type" section.
- If renewing in-person: The renewal process will be completed in real time/same day.
- If renewing by mail or email: The renewal process will be completed within 1 to 5 business days.
